When you’re alone, with no one by your side, the past, fears, or inexplicable memories creep into your mind. Feelings that are hard to process, jumbled together, memories so hazy you can’t recall what actually happened. You’re alive and breathing, right now. But you’re not free from the things that keep haunting you. Sometimes they terrify you; sometimes they’re your only friends. And there’s only one word to describe this: Strange.
Strange is a mini art zine featuring short comics with no dialog inspired by weirdcore and dreamcore. It’s a zine where the style is surreal and the meanings are fluid and ever-changing. Those meanings vary depending on your perspective. These comics depict my feelings during times of depression. Welcome to a world of memories and dreams. A place that is utterly indescribable and full of uncertainty.
Note:
English isn’t my first language, so some sentences might sound a bit odd. I sometimes use a translator and proofread the text myself. So please excuse any mistakes in the text.
I have an idea for a second part, but I’ll only do it if I have the time and energy.

Aww, thank you so much. I put off finishing this zine for almost a month. And I was afraid I’d be too late to submit it to the Hybird Zine Jam. So, I finished it right away last night. Honestly, I had a headache after working on it.
I’ll be honest, I was a bit hesitant to share it before because it contains sensitive content, but I decided to go ahead and do it. Hopefully, I’ll create another project. I hope I’m able to do it.
